Unleashing
Education's Potential

Our students learn in new and different ways, the classrooms and common areas are large and open, technology is integrated throughout and even the furniture is different from what you're used to.

Why Innovation High?

Charnesha Bobo
Charnesha Bobo "To my friends, I describe KIH as a technology project-based school, somewhere that prepares students for future job professions - a place where students go to have a voice and lead in their learning. KIH is not like a traditional school: it's a growing environment of future professionals."
Max Vandermeulen
Max Vandermeulen "We don't just show our work to our teachers. We present it to business people, experts in the field and those impacted by the problems that we work on."
Mirabella Witte
Mirabella Witte "KIH is where I belong because I feel like what I do matters. Another reason KIH is the right fit for me is the ability to connect what we are learning in the classroom to the world around us. This helps me see the purpose and value to my schoolwork."
Shawn Yu
Shawn Yu "Project-based learning is kind of like having a job in real life. Each and every one of us has a specific role to plan on a team for each project. We all depend on each other and learn from each other."

Project Based Learning

Project-based learning is the way students master their material in every class at Innovation High. Students work through multiple projects during the year and develop key workplace skills, like problem-solving and critical thinking.
