Academics

Courses at Kent Innovation High focus on integrated learning and relevance.

Many of the courses offered take a multi-disciplinary approach. For example, a Social Studies class is combined with an English Language Arts class, or a Physics class is combined with an Algebra 2 class. Approaching learning from a multi-disciplinary path allows students at Kent Innovation to seek more relevance with real-world applications. Students will find these innovative goals in all classes at KIH.

Project Based Learning

Project-based learning is the way students master their material in every class at Innovation High. Students work through multiple projects during the year and develop key workplace skills, like problem-solving and critical thinking.
