This is a rigorous course intended for students who plan to proceed onto AP Calculus.  This course requires a strong foundation in math from Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Geometry.  Topics include an exploration of the basic families of functions (linear, exponential, quadratic, radical, etc), an in depth analysis and study of rational functions and polynomial functions, the Remainder Theorem, continuity/discontinuity of functions, the Fundamental Theorem of Algebra, composite functions, inverse functions, trigonometric functions, an advanced study of matrices, conic sections, vectors, and more.
